Accomplishment of project for 4600 pallets packed jars and bottles

Promet glass has completed a key order for one of the retail chains in Poland. The contract included preparation for point of sale ready (POS ready) over 4,600 pallets of jars and bottles with lids and closures. Glass packaging has been prepared for the retail chain by packing them, on request, in packages made of plastic foil and display stands made of cardboard. Each collective case of glass jars and bottles has a label with a bar code which makes them ready for the point of sale, such as departments or stands with household products or displays with products for home processing. For logistic optimization, some of the jars and bottles have been packed into smaller displays and cardboard boxes collective, which facilitates the distribution of goods between stores. Small POS displays (point of sale displays) allow for the promotion of glass containers in packs directly on store shelves or at the checkout.

Jars and bottles than was chosen for project

The products that have been delivered include, among others, TO-315 jars with a lid, diameter 66, for storing homemade jams or jam. TO-540 jars with lid fi 82, it is a jar often chosen by housewives to preserve fruits and vegetables, but also used as a packaging for honey with another jar
which was chosen for the store displays is the TO-900 jar with a lid with a cucumber motif. The lids for this order have the motifs chosen by the client and are not standard motifs, remember that we are able to prepare glass packaging for retail sale in shrink wrapped cases with lids available on stock from our wide offer or we are able to prepare lids with new customizable patterns. Retail stores were also there equipped with cardboard displays, also known as cardboard displays, with glass bottles for both juices and home-made alcohol bottles. packaging glass was packed in convenient packages for the buyer of 4, 6 or eight pieces of the product.
